It can be difficult to navigate whether, when, and how much technology to have available to our children, and likely we struggle with screen use as adults. In a fast-paced world of immediate gratification, how do we best support our child’s natural development. What boundaries are reasonable and why? The better we can understand the reason behind the decisions we make, the better we can hold those boundaries with others. With the holidays approaching for many of us, let’s take a moment to clarify our values and our reasons for being conscientious about the use of technology by our children (and ourselves!)
