Our regular school and community events include:

• Namaste Narwhals
  Namaste families gather most Fridays at Taughannock State Park for time by the lake to swim and enjoy dinner together.
• Fall Dish-to-Pass
  This annual gathering at an area park allows children and families to meet and play.
• Annual Parent Meetings
  We have a meeting every fall to ensure all our parents are familiar with their child’s classroom, schedule, and related logistics.
• 3-4 Caregiver discussion nights
  These nights are opportunities to discuss hot topics related to raising young children with our child development experts and to reflect on the guidance of Montessori Philosophy.
• Monthly Namaste Community Association (NCA) Meetings
  Our community association helps plan events, motivate volunteers, and support our guides and their classrooms.
• Fall and Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences
  These conferences allow time for discussion and sharing of information to help support each child’s progress.
• Weekly ice skating at Cass Park
  Learning to skate with peers is a wonderful way to learn! Our families meet at the Cass Park Rink weekly during the winter to enjoy the season.
• Spring Garden Work Day
  Our annual work day engages our community in the care of our land and gardens.
• Marching in the Ithaca Festival Parade
  Our community grabs their Namaste shirts and marches together to broaden the awareness of our school and share the joy of our community!
