Admissions Process

Admissions Procedure

Connect and Schedule a Visit

We start the enrollment process by scheduling a time to share information about our programs, give you an opportunity to see our classrooms, and find out what you are looking for in an educational environment for your child. This can be done with a video-call or an in-person visit.

Fill out an Application

At any point in the enrollment process, you can fill out our application form. All completed applications will be processed upon receipt. The application is valid for three years from the application date or until the child is no longer eligible for enrollment. Please contact us with any changes to your contact information.

Enrollment Agreement

If there is space available in the program you selected, you will be invited to enroll your child by signing a contract and paying a tuition deposit. Enrollment in all programs is binding. Parents are responsible for tuition each month regardless of the amount of time the child attends school.

Waiting Pool Placement

If there are no openings available, your application will be placed in a waiting pool and you will be contacted as soon as a space becomes available. Once you are contacted, you will have two weeks in which to enroll your child.

Provisional Acceptance

All children enrolled are accepted into the program with the understanding that if the Classroom Guide and administration feel the program cannot meet the child’s needs, the staff and parents will explore options and alternatives together.

Enrollment Forms

The following information must be kept on file for each child enrolled in the program:

  • Namaste Montessori Application
  • Enrollment contract
  • Registration form, including emergency contacts and list of people authorized to pick child up from school
  • Medical report/immunization documentation/lead screening test
  • Permissions form

It is your responsibility to notify the school when there is any change in the information provided on these forms.
