Bridgid Beames

Bridgid finds great fulfillment in helping others succeed. No challenge is too big or too small if it helps a school community better serve children in a financially sustainable way. Bridgid is an optimist who tends to think about the big picture and is willing to entertain out-of-the-box solutions. She is not afraid to take risks, stand up for what she believes and do what has to be done to make things happen. Bridgid has worked with children of all ages in urban and rural settings throughout her career and has been both a teacher and administrator for the Namaste school and childcare program. In the few hours that she is not devoted to Namaste, Bridgid enjoys connecting with all kinds of people and animals, art, writing, sewing, cooking and gardening.

Education and Training: Dual Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Science Education from Cornell, Master’s degree in Education and Montessori from NYU, IMC Montessori Administrator’s training, AMS Primary certification, CGMS Elementary training, CGMS practicum Advisor, Independent School Management and Curriculum Consultant.
