Tessa is always learning from the children and finds joy in her work with them to help create a more peaceful future. She has worked with children since 2018 in different settings, including private babysitting, public schools, and tumbling classes. She is currently working in the Cardinal class with children ages 6 to 12 years. Tessa is a certified yoga teacher and enjoys sharing stretches, breathing practices, and the process of inquiry and mindfulness with the students. When she isn’t with the children at Namaste, she also enjoys making jewelry, gardening, praciting yoga, traveling, and playing with her two dogs.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies with a minor in Environmental Studies from SUNY Geneseo, Certified Yoga Instructor
