Erica Schillbach

Erica enjoys helping children grow into independent, happy, confident humans and feels great gratification when the children in her care beam with pride after accomplishing a difficult task. She has been working with children in many different capacities since 2007, including teaching horseback riding and interning with the Cornell Cooperative Extension with elementary school students. She brings enthusiasm and positivity, patience and understanding to the Hummingbird children. Outside of her time at Namaste, Erica loves horseback riding, crossword puzzles, hiking and gardening.

Education and Training: Bachelor’s degree in Writing and English from Ithaca College, Red Cross First Aid/CPR certification
